Bolingbrook Land Design, Inc. is a full-service design, build, and maintenance landscaping company that has been serving the Middle Tennessee area since 1993. We have provided more than 1,000 clients with stunning designs and installations for more than 30 years. We ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with our customers to identify your specific project requirements. In cooperation with our design partners, we then develop conceptual or detailed designs, install the design, and develop a full-service maintenance program that meets the unique needs of your property. Bolingbrook Land Design provides you with stunning and hassle-free landscape solutions.
Our management team knows which species of trees, plants, and grasses thrive in the area; how to identify and manage insect infestations and disease; and has strong relationships with nurseries throughout the southeastern region.
Krissy Coile
President
Stuart Coile founded Bolingbrook in 1993 after completing his degree in Ornamental Horticulture and Landscape Design from UT Knoxville. After starting the business in Knoxville, Stuart moved to Nashville, where he continued to build a reputation for stellar quality and stunning installations. Stuart's strong relationships with vendors, nursuries, contractors, and other industry professionals ensures that we can successfully plan and execute any size project, even under the most demanding conditions.
Sadly, Stuart passed away in July 2023 and Krissy Coile, the Operations Manager, became President. Krissy runs the day to day operations and works with her Managers to ensure the high quality of work that was started by Stuart continues to this day.

Mike has over 30 years experience in the landscape industry, including prior experience owning and operating his own landscape business. He prepares bids for install projects and coordinates implementation with our Installation Manager and crews.
Jan has been with Bolingbrook for more than 15 years. She has been an integral part of making sure that your projects or maintenance programs are seamlessly completed without problems. Her commitment to exceptional customer service is one of the primary reasons for our continued growth.

Eddie has more than 35 years of installation experience across the Nashville area. He has been a valuable member of our team for more than 20 years. His project management skills ensure that your project will be completed as quickly as possible without significant delays.
Ross Derrick
Maintenance Manager
Ross has more than 15 years of experience in the industry. Ross' extensive knowledge of regional plants, insect infestations, diseases, and maintenance requirements ensures that your property will be maintained to our high quality standards and will look great throughout the year.
